服从公司政策管理, 遵守公司着装规范以及行为守则。管理生产团队依据生产计划保质保量完成生产任务。
Key Responsibilities主要职责
Production/生产
- Arrange production according to plan, organize resources and display production tasks.
- Be responsible for daily production management and solving all kinds of problems in the process.
- Be responsible for skill training, skill development and performance assessment.
- Be responsible for summarizing production data and report
- Maintain workshop 5S with team.
Safety/安全
- Manage team to abide by workshop safety requirement .
- Learn the classification of safety accidents, report process and treatment process.
- Participate in safety Kaizen and shift safety activity.
- Encourage team numbers to report potential safety issues and create safety environment.
Quality/质量
- Manage team to abide by product quality policy.
- Learn product rework, abnormal treatment process and so on.
- Investigate quality incidents related to quality.
Equipment/设备
- Know TPM knowledge and do AM according to AM plan.
**Complete other tasks arranged by direct supervisors **
Having Molding experience is better.
Reading and oral English needed.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
