This role manages fiduciary and investment management accounts for high-net-worth clients, overseeing administration, business development, wealth planning, and risk management. It requires technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate planning, along with strong client engagement and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provides fiduciary administration support including the review of trust instruments, participating in matters where the trustee is exercising discretion, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust reviews
  2. Supports investment management accounts including the coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance
  3. Engages with clients and prospects to build and transfer wealth tailored to their unique goals, while delivering a high-quality experience
  4. Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios
  5. Identifies and develops new business opportunities by pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and prospects
