This role is for a Sr Workday HCM Functional Consultant focused on Compensation. The primary responsibilities involve implementing Workday's HCM suite, translating client requirements into configurations, building prototype solutions, and applying Workday's implementation methodology. The role requires significant functional experience in HCM software solutions and specific experience with Compensation or Benefits systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM suite
  2. Translate client business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations.
  3. Build and present prototype solutions to demonstrate how Workday can meet client needs.
  4. Apply Workday’s validated implementation methodology on every engagement.
  5. Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and accelerators that improve project delivery.

Skills

Required

  • functional experience in HCM software solutions or systems
  • Consulting experience
  • experience with Compensation or Benefits systems
  • Strong communication skills on system functionality with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in Annual Compensation Review and Annual Remuneration Cycle

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Mandarin
