This role is a Business Development Specialist for Amazon Bedrock, focusing on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Models on Bedrock. The individual will lead GTM strategy, expand model choice and access for customers, define GTM strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities. Responsibilities include creating sales plays, leveraging partners, building new initiatives, providing customer feedback for product roadmaps, and working with the partner network. The role also involves market sizing, pipeline building, understanding customer use cases and technical requirements, developing joint GTM strategies with foundation model partners, creating field training content, driving industry thought-leadership, and working with product teams to define new features. The ideal candidate has a business and technology background, domain expertise in generative AI and ML use cases, technical depth to articulate Bedrock's benefits, and an understanding of GenAI market trends and LLM providers. They will interact with internal AWS teams and external customers and model providers, driving GTM plans, understanding business problems, and helping define and implement GenAI solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock.
  2. Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions
  3. Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
  4. Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
  5. Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
