Sr Worldwide Specialist - Genai, Amazon Bedrock, Data & AI Gtm

This role focuses on defining and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Amazon Bedrock, a GenAI service. The responsibilities include accelerating customer adoption, influencing product direction, developing joint GTM plans with model providers, creating content, driving thought leadership, and working with customers to understand their technical requirements and business problems. The role requires a blend of business and technology expertise in Generative AI and ML-powered use cases, with a focus on market development and evangelism.

What you'd actually do

  1. define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
  2. market sizing, working with your counterparts from across the globe to build an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements, creating content to train the field teams, driving industry thought-leadership, working with product teams to define new features, and identifying partners.
  3. drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon Bedrock, interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and work with and model providers and our solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions to solve them.
  4. work closely with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations.
  5. interact with, communicate and partner with other teams within AWS such as services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, representing your team to executive management and working directly with AWS's top customers.

Skills

Required

  • Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services experience
  • conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients

Nice to have

  • influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • building sales plays and playbooks, prospecting for, advancing and closing sales pipeline to drive adoption of products/services/capabilities in ML, AI or Analytics across a large customer base with demonstrable results delivered.
  • advocating on customers behalf by understanding their pain points, helping customers navigate through technology options and adoption challenges, and conveying insights back to product teams.

What the JD emphasized

  • 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
