Staff Analytics Engineer, Product role focused on building and maintaining data pipelines, semantic data models, and production-grade dashboards to support product and business decisions. Requires strong SQL, modern analytics stack experience, and collaboration with product teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead design and delivery of interactive, production-grade dashboards (Looker/Mode/Tableau/Metabase/Power BI) that answer product and business questions.
  2. Own semantic data models and metrics (events, user cohorts, funnels, retention) ensuring accuracy and consistency across reports.
  3. Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow, Beam, or equivalent) to ingest, clean, and transform product and event data.
  4. Partner with product and engineering to define event schemas, validate data quality, and implement monitoring/alerting for metric regressions.
  5. Serve as trusted analytics partner to PMs, designers, and engineers—translate product questions into analytics requirements and deliverables.
