Staff Clinical Consultant

This role focuses on driving customer success in adopting Oracle's healthcare solutions, specifically Electronic Health Records (EHR). The Clinical Consultant will guide clients through process design, solution implementation, and change management to ensure successful adoption and achieve desired outcomes. The role requires clinical subject matter expertise and a strong understanding of healthcare IT.

What you'd actually do

  1. driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.
  2. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions.
  3. assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.
  4. Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented.
  5. In doing so, the job requires focus on change management and end user adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • 5 years licensed health care practice
  • 1 year clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Understanding of corporate and organizational security policies and procedures

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Informatics
  • Background in working with Federal agencies
  • Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. (Electronic Health Record) projects
