Staff Clinical Consultant for Oracle's federal healthcare clients, focusing on driving customer adoption of electronic health records (EHR) and related solutions through process design, workflow optimization, and change management. Requires clinical expertise and experience with healthcare IT.

What you'd actually do

  1. driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value.
  2. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions.
  3. assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.
  4. guiding customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services.
  5. coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • 8 years of combined related work experience and higher education
  • 5 years of licensed healthcare practice
  • 1 year of clinical consulting or HCIT experience
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Understanding of security policies and procedures
  • Change management
  • Clinical workflow analysis
  • Customer relationship management

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Informatics
  • Experience with Federal agencies
  • Experience implementing large scale EHR projects
