Staff Component Engineer (margin Acceleration)

What you'd actually do

  1. Complete technical projects with suppliers to improve supplier process, the maintenance capability of the supplier’s process, the capability of instrument assemble and instrument output performance for cost improvement projects (CIP)
  2. Produce component cost comparisons and analyze alternative manufacturing methods for Cost Improvement Projects (CIP’S)
  3. Determine the requirements of tools and spare parts to maintain the supply of components
  4. Provide technical support for the approbation / validation of changes / Supplier Process improvements
  5. Provide technical support for the resolution of component quality issues
