Staff Consultant - Oracle Health Radiology

This role supports the implementation and configuration of Oracle Health solutions, focusing on Radiology workflows and clinical imaging operations within Federal agencies. It involves client meetings, system configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on learning healthcare IT and Oracle Health solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Health products and technology solutions.
  2. Assist with Radiology-related workflows, imaging operations, and clinical solution support activities.
  3. Participate in customer meetings to gather operational and workflow requirements.
  4. Perform system configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting activities with guidance from senior team members.
  5. Apply Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and industry best practices during project work.

Skills

Required

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, technical support, clinical operations, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable working in client-facing situations with mentorship and team support.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, imaging operations, or clinical systems is preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare technology implementation and consulting.
  • Experience with Oracle Health solutions or Oracle RadNet is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
