Stripe is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead the data strategy for its risk-as-a-product offering. This role involves defining metrics, data products, and analytical frameworks, partnering with Product and Engineering, and owning the reliability and visibility of key risk metrics. The analyst will also evolve the risk experimentation strategy and mentor other Data Analysts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the metrics, data products, and analytical frameworks needed as Stripe brings risk capabilities to platforms and connected accounts at scale.
  2. You will design metrics, pipelines, and data products that serve as the analytical backbone for risk decisioning.
  3. You will own the definition, reliability, and visibility of our most important risk metrics.
  4. You will also own and evolve Stripe's risk experimentation strategy by defining what we test, how we measure, and how we learn.
  5. Finally, you will mentor and raise the bar for the Data Analysts on the team.
