What you'd actually do

  1. Translate complex datasets into clear insights with strategic recommendations that drive measurable actions and outcomes to inform product direction and business priorities.
  2. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define KPIs.
  3. Work with the evaluation data team to plan short and long-term annotation work and define evaluation schemas.
  4. Communicate analysis results and outcomes clearly and tailor messaging based on the audience.
  5. Help build and evolve our analytical foundation, including event instrumentation, metric frameworks, and scalable self-serve analytics tools.
  6. Mentor other analysts and raise the bar for data storytelling, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence across the organization.
