Staff Developer on the Growth Team focused on building net-new self-serve experiences, evolving systems for Product Growth, and driving experimentation. Owns architectural decisions and ensures cohesive execution across teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Play a foundational role in shaping how Product Growth operates across 1Password’s enterprise offerings.
  2. Identify and drive platform-level improvements that enable consistent experimentation capabilities across multiple product surfaces.
  3. Partner with product, design, and data leaders to ensure experiments are technically sound and strategically aligned.
  4. Establish guardrails and best practices to ensure experimentation velocity does not compromise performance, reliability, security, or data integrity.
  5. Mentor engineers and contribute to leveling up experimentation fluency across the organization.
