  4. Oversee the development of subcontractor Statement of Works and Procurement Specifications
  5. Establishing road maps and execution timelines.

Skills

Required

  • Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelors in Science degree with 12 years of experience, or Masters in Science degree with 10 years of experience, or PhD with 8 years of experience
  • Architecting and designing complex RF and Analog hardware systems
  • Supporting proposals and developing engineering technical basis of estimates (BOEs)
  • Cost Plus and Fix Price contracts experience
  • Technical management of major subcontractors
  • Experience on at least two major design and development programs
  • Agile principles
  • Model Based Systems Engineering principles
  • Technical leadership roles
  • Managing technical risk
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system usage

  • DoD Top-Secret Security Clearance and SCI approval/access
  • DARC architecture familiarity and system knowledge
