  2. Manage and schedule electronics design activities across all project phases — from concept, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, validation to production support.
  3. Work closely with mechanical, firmware, optical, quality and manufacturing teams to deliver fully integrated products.
  4. Ensure all electronic designs meet regulatory standards (EMC, EMI, safety certifications like FCC, CE, UL).
  5. Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps, bringing new technologies into future products.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in electronics design
  • 3–5 years in a senior or chief/lead engineering role
  • Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, high-speed design, power management, and embedded systems
  • Experience with design tools such as schematics and layout tools
  • Understanding of simulations tools in RF and Signal/Power integrity analysis
  • Hands-on experience with building and validating prototypes
  • Using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
  • Thorough understanding of the product development process, from early concept through mass production
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
