What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in development of system architectures.
  2. Architecture, CONOPS, and use case development using model-based systems engineering methodologies.
  3. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  4. Perform system requirements analysis.
  5. Automation workflow development of multi-disciplined functional processes in support of various engineering and business processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline with 12 years of related experience OR Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of related experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related experience
  • Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance
  • Systems Engineering experience
  • Model-Based Systems Engineering methodologies

Nice to have

  • Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering degree
  • Cameo Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Systems Modeling Language (SysML) experience
  • Military aerospace development environment experience
