Shield AI is seeking a Staff Engineering Specialist to join their Hardware Test Engineering team. This role focuses on building, designing, and maintaining mechanical hardware for production test systems and manufacturing support equipment, including fixtures, adapters, and tooling. The specialist will ensure reliable and repeatable testing of aircraft subsystems and components, requiring strong mechanical fabrication, assembly, design, and troubleshooting skills.

What you'd actually do
