What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure -together with the scheduler – that any maintenance activities (corrective, preventive, predictive) are executed timely and appropriately.
  2. Continuous apply the kaizen mindset. Identify cost and technical improvements.
  3. Maintain adherence to all relevant regulatory standards, safety protocols and environmental/sustainable requirements.
  4. Identify projects lead to current buildings and systems.
  5. Apply principles of maintenance reliability, such as root cause analysis, failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), to improve asset dependability and reduce downtime.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s degree in engineering, life sciences or equivalent experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in facilities, utilities and maintenance
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experienced in GxP and quality management
  • Proficiency in CMMS and latest asset management technologies, including IoT systems
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Dutch
  • English
