What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary IT Product Manager for Sales systems, including Salesforce CRM, opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management.
  2. Own SOX-related IT deliverables across the GTM systems portfolio, including documentation of IT general controls, support for internal and external audits, and ensuring system changes adhere to change management and access control policies.
  3. Maintain familiarity with the Marketing and Web Marketing technology stack to provide informed oversight, escalation support, and roadmap alignment in partnership with the Marketing Sr. Product Manager.
  4. Align product roadmap and priorities with diverse stakeholders across Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
  5. Identify and drive improvements across end-to-end GTM processes, including quote generation, order booking, and sales forecasting, with an eye toward reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
