Staff Network Engineer, M&a

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Costa Mesa, CA · Corporate Technology : Infrastructure Engineering : Network Engineering

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Staff Network Engineer to lead their acquisition integration engineering practice, focusing on end-to-end network infrastructure integration for newly acquired businesses. This role involves defining, executing, and maturing network integration processes, from discovery to migration and hypercare, requiring collaboration with various stakeholder teams and identifying tooling gaps. The engineer will also perform hands-on work, develop network architectures and roadmaps, and provide technical guidance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define, establish, and lead the network infrastructure integration engineering practice, setting the technical vision and strategy for integrating new entities and their network technologies.
  2. Single threaded ownership of all network infrastructure components of acquisition integration from discovery and due diligence through migration execution and hypercare.
  3. Conduct comprehensive technical assessments of target companies' network infrastructure, systems, and operational capabilities, identifying risks and opportunities.
  4. Develop and present high-level network architectural strategies and detailed roadmaps for integrations to executive leadership, founders, and technical teams.
  5. Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure network architectures for integrated environments, ensuring alignment with Anduril's overall technology strategy.
