This role is for a Staff Partner Engineer at Ripple, a fintech company focused on global payments and digital asset technologies. What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with customers and partners to successfully onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions.
  2. Partners closely with Ripple's Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market and on collecting, refining, and prioritizing customer requirements
  3. Serves as the functional and technical specialist to achieve the business objectives of both customers and partners and Ripple
  4. Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions
  5. Breaks down project objectives into appropriate and manageable tasks and achievements, assembles and guides both internal and external resources on their execution and progress of the work
