Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Staff PCB Designer to create printed circuit board designs for their products. The role involves applying modern design standards, implementing various design types (digital, analog, RF, high-power), establishing internal guidelines for DFM and quality, developing team processes, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Requires 5+ years of PCB layout/design experience, schematic interpretation, expertise in IPC standards, and proficiency with Altium Designer.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting all Anduril’s products
  2. Apply modern design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies
  3. Implement combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs
  4. Lead the team in establishing internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and quality fabrication and assembly outputs
  5. Develop and refine team processes for PCB design, part creation, and library/database standards
