  3. Sketching, prototyping, and testing ideas at different fidelities to validate decisions.
  4. Working closely with engineers and PMs to define problems, move quickly, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  5. Maintaining high standards of craft while balancing speed and execution.

Required

  • Experience shipping complex software products
  • Designing for multiple surfaces (desktop, mobile, chat, AI first)
  • Balancing speed and detail
  • End-to-end thinking (systems thinking to interaction detail)
  • Understanding of engineering
  • Prototyping skills (Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, Vercel, Figma, code etc.)
  • Strong design taste and execution
