Staff Product Designer, Employer Experience

The Staff Product Designer on the Employer team will be responsible for designing experiences that help employers discover, connect with, and hire early-career talent more effectively. This role is revenue-critical and focuses on shaping how employers attract candidates, evaluate fit, and make hiring decisions, shipping experiences that fuel revenue while expanding access and opportunity for students.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define problems, set goals, and shape product strategy.
  2. Own design end-to-end, from early concept through post-launch iteration: user flows, interaction prototypes, high-fidelity mocks, and collaboration through build.
  3. Tackle complex and ambiguous human-centered design problems, translating them into clear, simple solutions.
  4. Rapidly iterate through wireframes and prototypes to gather feedback early and often.
  5. Obsess over craft, with a strong point of view on visual and interaction design.
