Staff Product Designer for Okta's Enterprise Access division, focusing on securing AI identities. The role involves leading UX strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using AI tools in the design process, including evaluating AI-generated outputs. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a holistic, human-centered approach to design
  2. Guide and oversee the UX strategy alongside cross-functional partners, collaborating to take products from concept to launch and define the long term strategy for your product area.
  3. Design and facilitate co-creation design workshops with Product Management, Engineering and Design to define opportunities within our products to solve valuable customer problems
  4. Craft user-centered artifacts and end-to-end journeys to align teams contributing to Workforce Identity Management around the broader user experience
  5. Collaborate with other Okta designers to ensure consistency across interface experiences across different user scenarios
