Superhuman Superhuman · Consumer · Hub - San Francisco · Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing

Staff Product Designer for Superhuman Go, an AI productivity agent that helps users get work done by expressing goals in natural language and working alongside agents. The role focuses on designing the user experience of agentic work, from initiation to progress and orientation, across various surfaces.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design of Go, shaping how users express intent, collaborate with agents, and move work forward using natural language across standalone and embedded surfaces.
  2. Design and evolve core chat and agent experiences, holding a high bar for simplicity, clarity, and power across desktop, web, and in-product surfaces.
  3. Define how Go helps users move from intent to outcomes, including making agent behavior clear and understandable so people know what the system is doing and why.
  4. Use interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to explore new interaction models, motion, and AI behaviors, treating prototyping as a core part of how ideas take shape.
  5. Deliver polished interfaces, thoughtful micro-interactions, and animation that make advanced AI behavior feel intuitive, responsive, and alive.
