Product Manager for Identity products, focusing on identity quality, frequency management, and privacy-first innovation in digital advertising. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, owning roadmaps, partnering with Data Science, driving cross-functional execution, and shipping iteratively. Requires experience in ad tech, data analysis, and communication.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the product strategy for identity quality — how we resolve people, households, and devices accurately and at scale, keeping pace with the shift toward deterministic identifiers like UID2 and privacy-first frameworks.
  2. Own the roadmap for cross-device, cross-channel frequency management — giving advertisers precise control over how often individuals see their ads, minimizing waste and ad fatigue.
  3. Close the loop between identity precision and frequency intelligence — ensuring that improvements directly sharpen capping, delivery, and performance.
  4. Partner with Data Science to define identity quality metrics, build models that surface quality gaps, and measure the downstream impact on platform and campaign performance.
  5. Drive cross-functional execution and alignment with Engineering, Data Partnerships, Legal, Privacy and Commercial teams navigating tradeoffs in scale, precision, and customer impact.
  6. Ship iteratively by defining success metrics, launching incrementally, measuring business impact such as advertiser and platform efficiency, and optimizing continuously.

  • A sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including writing detailed product specifications that clearly articulate the “why” behind the problem
