As the Staff Product Manager for User Generated Content, you’ll define and drive the future of how customer voices shape Walmart’s shopping experience. You’ll lead strategy and execution for the end-to-end UGC platform — from contributor experiences, engagement and trust systems — working across design, engineering, data, and partner teams to bring this vision to life at global scale.

This collaborative team, made up of engineering, UX, product management, along with web and technology evangelists, is rapidly iterating new products and site features at scale. The User Generated Content (UGC) team is on a mission to make Walmart the most trusted place to shop — where every purchase decision is guided by the authentic voices of our customers. As part of the Customer Experience organization, we turn millions of reviews, photos, and videos shared by real shoppers into powerful insights that inspire confidence and drive growth for both customers and sellers.
We own the end-to-end platform that enables customers to share feedback seamlessly, and transforms this feedback into clear, helpful, and actionable insights that make shopping simpler, smarter, and more human. Every day, our systems process millions of reviews — ensuring they’re authentic, trustworthy, and easy to consume across Walmart’s global ecosystem.
At the heart of our innovation is AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) that bring customer feedback to life. We built experiences like Review Summary, a generative AI feature that distills thousands of customer reviews into clear, trusted insights — helping shoppers instantly understand what people love (or don’t) about a product. Our AI capabilities also power fraud detection, personalized review displays, and the next generation of conversational experiences that make contributing and consuming feedback effortless.

What You'll do :
The Product Lead: · Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives · Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management · Drives the product discovery process for large, complex, and/or ambiguous projects · Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects · Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
What Youll Bring :
Domain & Technical Knowledge –Thoroughly comprehends the Customer needs, business domain, the technology, and industry trends. Methodically deploys new technology solution while managing adoption, uncertainty, and business risks.
Strategic Thinking, Road mapping & Planning – Proactively identifies and considers innovative opportunities, product longevity, more effective and efficient solutions by actively seeking best practices from competitors, industries, and users. Effectively structures items in the product backlog into short-term, intermediate, and long-range technology product development plans aligning with the business strategy.
Business & Financial Acumen – Holistically grasps essential operational, retail, and financial concepts relevant to the role and exhibits robust analytical skills applicable to crafting business cases for tech investments, comfortably making value projections.
**Product Lifecycle Management **– Core PDM skills required to lead product development efforts including ability to synthesize Customer, business, systems, and design requirements into product documentation for engineering and usher that work from ideation, to launch, to scale.
