Staff Product Manager, AI & Automation Platforms

Okta is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for their AI & Automation Platform. This platform will enable internal teams to build, test, deploy, and operate agents and automations at scale, focusing on security, reliability, and developer velocity. The role requires strong product leadership, platform experience, and a deep understanding of agentic/automation ecosystems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for an AI & Automation Platform that enables internal teams to build, test, deploy, and operate agents and automations at scale
  2. Deliver a cohesive builder journey across personas: engineers, automation developers, business ops, and internal product teams
  3. Partner with Security, IAM, and GRC stakeholders to ensure the platform supports: Policy-based access controls, secrets management, and least privilege
  4. Establish operational excellence: SLOs/SLIs, incident response expectations, resilience, and observability across agent and automation execution.
  5. Operate as the “connective tissue” between Bangalore execution and US stakeholder alignment.
