Product Manager to lead Content Experience strategy, owning how users discover, learn from, and act on content across documentation, in-product help, and AI-assisted guidance. The role involves defining the future of content by treating it as a first-class product experience and integrating content development into product development, including driving improvements to content tooling and workflows, building an architecture of participation for subject matter experts, and applying generative AI to content authoring and delivery.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering high-impact user experiences
  • Deep understanding of developer tools, data platforms, or technical products with large surface areas
  • A strong systems mindset — comfortable designing scalable workflows, content architectures, and tooling integrations
  • Strong customer empathy and an obsession with helping users succeed
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical contributors in a collaborative content ecosystem

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer documentation, content platforms, or product onboarding is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI technologies (especially LLMs) and how they can be applied to content workflows and user guidance
