The Staff, Product Manager leads product strategy and roadmap development by leveraging data-driven insights and emerging technologies to deliver customer value and optimize product lifecycles. The Data Capabilities team within Data Ventures manages global sourcing of key supplier dimensions such as Item, Store, and Calendar from Systems of Origin. The team oversees Access Management for Scintilla, focusing on Channel Performance and Headless products. They maintain internal dashboards supporting Insights and Analytics and drive agentic enhancements. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team delivers impactful solutions by leveraging product strategy, roadmaps, and data-driven decision-making. Their work supports business objectives and innovation through effective relationship building and continuous process improvement.

What you'd actually do

  2. Research and validate customer needs, creating journey maps and optimizing processes to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, managing backlog priorities and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Own product vision and strategy by framing problems, guiding prototypes, and aligning teams on goals and user adoption.
  5. Influence stakeholders through effective communication, preparing concise reports and addressing ambiguity.
