Product Manager for an enterprise AI platform focused on legal services, specifically owning the product vision and roadmap for admin and governance features like identity management, access controls, and audit logging. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Harvey's admin and governance capabilities
  2. Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences that meet the compliance and operational needs of large enterprise customers.
  3. Engage directly with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to deeply understand admin pain points, governance requirements, and integration needs — and translate those insights into high-impact product investments.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Legal, and Infrastructure teams to ensure Harvey's platform aligns with industry standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to our customers.
  5. Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
  • Deep familiarity with admin and governance domains such as identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC)
  • A technical background or desire to go deep on engineering design and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver products that satisfy rigorous organizational requirements.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
