Staff Product Manager, Growth for an AI productivity platform. Focus on optimizing the purchase funnel, monetization, and cross-product activation for a suite of AI products. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the growth strategy for the Superhuman suite’s purchase funnel—from discovery through checkout, covering both individual and multi-seat bundle purchase flows
  2. Own conversion optimization across the bundle purchase experience: diagnose friction, run experiments, and ship improvements that increase purchase rates and revenue
  3. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, finance, and business teams to inform pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions for the suite—and translate those decisions into optimized purchase flows
  4. Develop the cross-activation strategy and roadmap: how users of one product discover, try, and adopt additional products in the suite
  5. Partner with engineers to build intelligent systems that deliver personalized “next best action” recommendations, optimizing when and how users are introduced to new products

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • significant time spent on growth, monetization, or funnel optimization in a consumer or SaaS product
  • Track record of improving growth and revenue metrics through experimentation
  • Deep understanding of multi-product or platform ecosystems
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience running structured experimentation programs
  • Effective communicator
  • Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Based in San Francisco
