Staff Product Manager, New Verticals

Harvey Harvey · AI Frontier · New York, NY · Product

Product Manager role focused on defining, building, and scaling AI agent-powered solutions for strategic enterprise customers in the legal and professional services domain. The role involves deep customer discovery, workflow mapping, translating needs into agent-powered solutions, and driving deployments. Key responsibilities include ensuring repeatability, developing roadmaps, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing commercial models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable product definitions for agent-powered solutions.
  2. Lead discovery for your assigned accounts and verticals, developing a deep understanding of user intentions, data constraints, workflows, and success criteria.
  3. Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.
  4. Drive deployments end to end—working with forward deployed engineering and customer teams to implement, test, and refine agent solutions.
  5. Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support, ensuring solutions deliver measurable productivity and quality outcomes.
