Calendly is seeking a Staff Product Operations Manager to lead R&D programs and projects, ensuring alignment from objectives to customer impact. This role involves driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and establishing operational standards within the Product Development Lifecycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs and projects from problem space definition to customer impact – including defining program-level OKRs, scope, resourcing requirements, milestone timelines, dependency management, risk mitigation, decision making, progress/impact tracking, health metrics, etc.
  2. Partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to surface underlying needs and desired outcomes, anticipate and remove obstacles, and drive progress through clear problem framing and decision-making facilitation.
  3. Establishing (and modeling) the standard for the Product Operations craft at Calendly – including establishing best practices for planning, prioritization, execution, governance, data-driven decision making, etc.
  4. Improving cross-functional collaboration and communication by creating shared understanding and alignment, and serving as a leader to the team as we navigate uncertainty and change.
  5. Identifying organizational problems and opportunities, then defining and leading the programs, processes, and tools needed to help the organization operate effectively and achieve its goals.
