What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking
  2. Define and communicate clear success metrics for each program, reporting status and risk to Enterprise Technology & AI leadership on a regular cadence, and escalating issues with recommended paths forward
  3. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs
  4. Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating decision-making, resolving dependencies, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams
  5. Recommend and implement improvements to program governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across the CIO org

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of program management experience
  • strong track record delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems
  • Experience influencing without authority, earning trust with senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across functions, including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic level and in the details, switching between executive communication and hands-on program execution as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to ETA leadership and Executive audiences
  • Familiarity with Enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture
  • Proficiency with program and project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with a bias toward async collaboration and clear documentation

Nice to have

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
