What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects while serving as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.
  2. Review project status and budgets; manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
  3. Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  4. Implement mechanisms to monitor project progress and manage intervention strategies and problem resolution efforts with project managers, line managers, and clients.
  5. Lead internal hardware and material planning activities using industry-standard tools and Agile frameworks to ensure asset readiness for program milestones.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 15 years of experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security clearance
