This role is for a Staff Revenue Operations Manager, GTM Systems at EvenUp, a fast-growing vertical SaaS company. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the vision, architecture, and evolution of our Salesforce platform and broader GTM systems ecosystem.
  2. Treat Salesforce as an internal product by developing roadmaps, prioritizing competing requests, and delivering the highest-impact improvements for the business.
  3. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  4. Design thoughtful, maintainable system architecture that minimizes operational overhead, reduces technical debt, and proactively accounts for edge cases before they become operational issues.
  5. Evaluate when to build custom functionality within Salesforce versus leveraging third-party or AI-native solutions that integrate with the platform.
