Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Staff RF Antenna Engineer focused on RF design for antennas and antenna arrays. The role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing RF solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing prototypes. Requires BS in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of RF and Antenna experience, and experience with RF hardware design, testing, and simulation tools. Familiarity with defense domain and security clearance are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct detailed RF design for antennas and antenna arrays.
  2. Perform antenna element trade studies, including investigation, simulation, and comparisons of various designs
  3. Optimize array lattice selection based on frequency range, scan range, instantaneous bandwidth, and element design.
  4. Design, simulate, and optimize antenna arrays.
  5. Develop prototypes of elements and arrays to validate models.
