As a Staff RF Engineer on the WHOOP Hardware team, you will lead the architecture, integration, and delivery of the wireless systems that power WHOOP's wearable products. Working closely with Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Product teams, you will translate system-level requirements into robust, production-ready RF solutions.
WHOOP products rely on highly integrated wireless systems that demand exceptional RF performance, antenna efficiency, coexistence, power efficiency, and manufacturability within an ultra-compact wearable form factor. You will provide technical leadership across RF architecture, validation, certification, and production while helping shape the future of wireless technologies at WHOOP.

_The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is** **$175,000 - $215,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. _
_In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.. _
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
