This role supports Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter) by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues, acting as a liaison between engineering disciplines, and assisting with requirements and user acceptance testing. It requires experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter/CPLM, and a Secret clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a Sentinel Segment SME to support Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter) user and tool issues
  2. Triage and prioritize impact of user issues
  3. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve user issues when possible
  4. Elevate user issues when needed
  5. Follow user support workflow

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience, 10 years with Masters, or 8 years with PHD degree
  • US citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Siemens NX
  • Siemens Teamcenter/CPLM (2 year minimum)
  • CPLM administrator tasking i.e.; Workflow creation, user management groups, CN, CR, creation
  • Microsoft Office tools
  • working with geographically distributed teams
