We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of agentic AI systems that automate and optimize marketing workflows. - Architect and develop agentic AI solutions to automate end-to-end marketing workflows (e.g., campaign creation, content generation, performance analysis).
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and marketing stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure AI-driven systems using modern software engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies, and evaluate their applicability to marketing automation.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and scalability.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML
- Proven expertise in building agentic AI, preferably in a marketing or business automation context.
- Strong proficiency in Python/Java.
- Experience using LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and agent development.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes/Cloud infra and observability.
- Proven ability to build scalable, reliable production services.
- Proven expertise in software architecture, scalable distributed systems, and design patterns.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation scripting, and telemetry implementation.
- Skilled in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate trade-offs and deliver maintainable, secure, and high-availability solutions.
