Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Builld Android software for Hotword detection.
- Contribute to the full-stack development; work primarily in Java and Kotlin.
- Develop third-party APIs.
- Demonstrate AI fluency is an expectation in this role. Be prepared to discuss your knowledge and use of AI tools during the hiring process.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience with Android application development.
- 5 years of experience in software development using Java/Kotlin.
- Experience with operating systems, including Android.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 10 years of experience experience Android OS developers working on the Android OS and Google Play services.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience developing in Kotlin or Java programming languages.
- Experience designing and building APIs, designing and building large complex systems.
