Staff Integrations Engineer role focused on building and owning integrations across the go-to-market stack, developing internal GTM tooling to reduce SaaS spend, and leveraging AI/LLM capabilities for development acceleration and automation. The role involves architecture, data modeling, API standards, incident response, and technical leadership within the GTM Systems team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect and own end-to-end integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake/BigQuery, Slack, Grafana, and billing & finance systems
  2. Design and ship internal applications that replace SaaS point-solutions — reducing cost, consolidating workflows, and increasing team leverage
  3. Leverage AI/LLM capabilities (APIs, agentic workflows) to accelerate internal tool development and automate repetitive operations work
  4. Set the technical direction for how GTM systems share data — defining canonical data models, source-of-truth ownership, and sync strategies
  5. Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for integration failures; drive improvements to observability and alerting
