What you'd actually do

  2. Lead, coach, and invest in a distributed team of 3 engineers, mentoring members on both technical and non-technical skills to foster a high-trust, high-performing environment.
  3. Define the strategic goal for your team, establish a clear execution roadmap, and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to support infrastructure growth.
  4. Partner with external stakeholders to determine optimal processes and facilitate alignment across teams on shared goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  5. Promote open communication and clarity across engineering boundaries, ensuring smooth orchestration of high-impact data center deployment projects.
