Staff Software Engineer to lead the development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead teams of 6–10 engineers to deliver projects by setting direction, defining short/long-term solutions and timelines, introducing new architectural patterns, and performing design/code reviews.
  2. Drive discovery for medium-to-large initiatives by partnering with Product, UX, and business stakeholders to produce high-level designs, secure approvals, run proofs of concept, and build prototypes.
  3. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, write and test code, communicate risks, troubleshoot defects, and ensure on-time delivery and handoffs.
  4. Drive AI initiatives by identifying use cases, validating models, and integrating AI capabilities responsibly.
  5. Resolve production issues via impact analysis, action plans, and root-cause prevention.
