This role focuses on cybersecurity systems engineering for the B-2 program, involving vulnerability assessments, automation of security processes, and ensuring security protections are implemented and verified. What you'd actually do

  1. Solve complex technical problems involving low level cybersecurity concepts.
  2. Technical Leadership skills in cybersecurity concepts and tasks
  3. Assess software static code analysis results.
  4. Complete Cybersecurity Impact Appraisals/Evaluations on hardware projects
  5. Generating and maintaining appropriate artifacts for Air Force authorization decisions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or another STEM degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (Staff) or 6 years (Sr. Principal) with Master's, or less with PhD
  • Demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and evaluation
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NSS/CSA PM 9-12 and JSIG
  • Current/active DoD Secret clearance
  • Current CISSP or Security+ CE certificate or IAM III certification or higher (Staff), or Security+ CE or IAM II (Sr. Principal), or ability to attain Security+ CE within 6 months
