What you'd actually do

  1. Be accountable to the Program Director to ensure SE cost, schedule, and technical execution using application of program management, system engineering, integration & test principles and methodologies
  2. Be responsible for horizontal integration across engineering disciplines and IPTs to ensure successful execution of the technical statement of work.
  3. Be responsible for Configuration and Data Management processes and SE Products including requirements, architectures, operations concepts, models and simulations, interface control documents and verification plans and reports.
  4. Provide strong written, verbal, and stakeholder interface skills along with the ability to lead through influence to motivate peer IPT behavior to execute cross IPT team goals
  5. Manage program risk database

Required

  • STEM Bachelor's degree
  • 12 years of relevant military / professional experience (or Master's/10 years, or PhD/8 years)
  • Active US Government Secret or higher clearance
  • Systems engineering principles
  • Integration & test principles
  • Program management principles
