What you'd actually do

  3. Ensure the systems meet stringent requirements for security, privacy, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), scalability, and reliability, given the sensitive nature of health data.
  4. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle of the team's services. Collaborate closely with product management, research, and other engineering teams. Advocate best practices in software development, data engineering, and productization of backend services.
  5. Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
