  2. Develop a strategic approach to program management that balances agility and process. This involves discerning when to provide direct guidance and when to empower teams by establishing clear frameworks and guidelines for ongoing initiatives
  3. Build strategic partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
  4. Act as a mentor to junior TPMs and lead by example
  5. Able to leverage their experience in program delivery to influence improvements to our tools, operations, architecture
